Refund policy

We want you to love your Rendavi. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it, along with proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at annarethc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, and we will provide instructions.

Damaged or defective items: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at annarethc@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue with a free replacement or full refund.

Exceptions: Personal care items that have been used or opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Refunds: Once your return is approved, we will notify you and issue your refund automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
